We ate at a great restaurant at the ground floor. We got a bath too. The location was marvellous and super and the room was clean.
Didn't like the area, it was quite dirty.

The staff was very very nice and understanding and the place was fairly clean. The restaurant was very clean at the ground floor, we ordered excellent dishes. The bed was extremely comfy and it was great having Wi-Fi, a TV set, and sheets, towels. It was in a great location very close to bars and restaurants.

Well, it was a fantastic stay for the first 3 nights. The restaurant here was great at the ground floor, we both ordered amazing dishes. The location was super yet it was so close to downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby La Marea.

A good choice of fine food for meals. The luxurious and good sized room with 3 beds + bathroom. Stunning location in the lively area, just off the cafe, bar, restaurant and busstation and beach, center of the town, many restaurants and supermarkets.

I was here for 11 nights and ate at authentic restaurant at the ground floor. An overhead shower and a bath tub were a plus.
Dingy room, I was a little disappointed.

We had the queen room and it was good with separate bed. The location was great, just off beaches, the nightlife outside the window and busstation and beach, center of the town, many restaurants and supermarkets.

The great and absolutely perfect location was just next door to a historic chapel. The room was warm, airy with separate bed and the overall experience was fantastic!

Reasonably large and airy rooms, very comfy bed. Particularly good location, extremely close to Plaza Charco. Easy 24 minutes' ride to and from airport.

The hotel of choice in Puerto de la Cruz. Brilliant place for travelling to Puerto de la Cruz and exploring local places. Luxurious queen room with private bathroom, a balcony, as for instance. Super location just a pleasant stroll away from Lake Martianez Leisure Park. Great restaurant at the ground floor.

As young holiday goers, we loved the helpful and friendly staff, spacious room with balcony, ideal central location, and the daily maid service. The free safe was a bonus and the overall value for money was great.
Felt well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.

Ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro del Puerto de la Cruz. Estupendo para pasar poco tiempo en la habitación y mucho en la calle.
Está muy viejo, aunque parece que han pintado. Sale olor a cloaca por el baño, con lo que hay que mantener la ventana abierta y la puerta de la habitación cerrada.

Amazing location in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. Walking cozy street. Plenty of life, shops and restaurants around. 5 min walking distance to the old harbour and to the swimming sea lakes.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a lively area with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. the hotel had a nice restaurant on the ground floor, making it convenient for meals.
In terms of cleanliness and maintenance. There were broken tiles and missing grout in the bathroom, as well as some unpleasant smells.
